Work stress, burnout and leadership support
Burnout rarely announces itself. It arrives as cynicism, exhaustion and a slow loss of interest in work you once cared about. Dr Suchita Chavda works with professionals, business owners and teams in Kelvin, Sandton.

What people bring
Often people who are still performing well, and are the only ones who know how much it is costing.
- Dreading Monday from Saturday onwards
- Exhaustion that leave does not fix
- Cynicism about work you used to enjoy
- Conflict with a colleague or manager
- Carrying a business through a hard patch
- Difficulty switching off at home
- Imposter feelings in a senior role
- Making decisions you would not normally make
How the work is done
For individuals, the work covers stress management, boundaries, prioritising, conflict, and the beliefs that make people over-function until they cannot.
For organisations, the practice offers leadership development, team building and conflict management — practical sessions run for real teams rather than generic workshops.
Business owners in particular tend to arrive late, because there is always something more urgent than their own health. Coming earlier is cheaper in every sense.
What happens in a first session
We map out where the pressure is coming from and what has already been tried. For corporate work, the brief is scoped with you before anything is arranged.
Sessions run about an hour, in person or online. Everything is confidential.
Medical aid
Contracted to most medical aids and charged at medical aid rates. Bring your membership details to the first session.
In person or online
Sessions are held in the consulting rooms in Kelvin, Sandton, or online — wherever you are in the country.
