Journey to personal growth

A Journey towards personal growth encompassing Spirituality

This is important for a healthy life, a Big Dream! As it is directly linked to our wellbeing, work and family environment.

Personal growth does not have any age barrier.

It can be achieved at any age; it is better to open one-self up at an early age so we can achieve our goals and grow faster.

keep setting more goals for different aspects of life.

Follow the adage of “the sky is the limit” where one can concur space.

What exercise/s does one need to follow?  In simple terms, it should be “self -motivation”! But it is a natural tendency to feel demotivated quite easily rather than to be a self -motivated person.

When something goes wrong at the workplace or at home, or with studies, one tends to get demotivated and start complaining about everything and start feeling as if “nobody is motivating me”?

Tell me something, when we have a fever just before our party/function…Who motivates us to go to the doctor and get better quicker? During exams how do we know to take leave from work  in order to study, any good or bad occasion we always make a “plan”  to attend to it, even to go shopping  as soon as our salary hits our account.

When our favourite movie comes out or there is a food launch, fashion show or we have an opportunity to travel. We easily motivate ourselves and create the time to grab and take advantage of the situation. There is no motivation is required from others….. right?

We are self-motivated human beings, but we apply it as per convenience! right? There are ample examples and so many areas where we are self -motivated, in fact we do not even care who motivates and not?

First, set your SMART GOAL (watch my previous video on “Law of Attraction” where I have explained what a smart goal is and how to set it)

Set a short-term goal which should be linked to your long- term goal. Practice this daily as your routine prayer.

Short-term and long-term goal should not be different from each other, otherwise, the journey will become exceptionally long, and every time you will have to start from scratch which will many times lead to frustration.

This will make you fall into the psychological trap of Anxiety, depression, withdrawal symptoms, and all kinds of negative emotions: fear of failure…hopeless helpless at the end totally demotivated and disinterested in your mission. Obviously we need to avoid this situation.

We need to set our mission statement like all corporate sectors do. For example: where are you now, your current state? where do you want to go from here? and how would you get there ? you need to have the right frame of mind and obtain the correct resources. Apply the 3 R’s – READ, Research, Regain essence of it.

Personal Growth is holistic, one needs to approach the process as a whole and incorporate all spheres and aspects of life: emotional financial, social, physical, relationship and spiritual which connects one to their  higher IQ(Intelligence Quotient /EQ(Emotional Quotient).

Personal growth requires:  Reading, Social networking, and communication, a hobby to turn into your profession or your profession as hobby.

Encompassment of spirituality in your journey of personal growth is of utmost importance as this will enable you to focus and become stable with strong determination and confidence, you will be able to introduce your inner self to “you”.

Spirituality personifies your character/ personality as who you are and outlines your requirements. In fact, one becomes steady and a game changer. Remember, spirituality works on a bigger scale, architect of your life, in one word …abundance! achievement is in abundance!

Therefore, spirituality balances personal growth as per self-realisation towards specific requirements with positive thinking and determination.

Meditate towards your dream, find purpose of life and your living being!

Spirituality explores your inner world helping in connecting with the external world.  It makes you truthful towards abundance and luxury. It releases jealousy, rivalry, comparison, competition all type of negative emotions.

Person should be living life in balance with worldly matters and spirituality.

If you find difficulty in planning Vision and mission statement…which should be till you visualise your horizon, diarise mission statement and monitor rigorously.

It is advisable to have a mentor or coach, which fulfils different purposes!
